1、Degreasing

4、Washing

This water washing is to wash away the remaining phosphating liquid and phosphating slag.

5、Pure Washing Before Electrophoresis

This step is to prevent impurity ions from entering the electrophoresis tank.

6、Drain

After washing, it is necessary to drain the surface liquid to avoid contaminating the electrophoresis tank.

7、Electrophoresis

This step is the key step – electrophoresis. Under the action of electric current, electrophoretic paint adheres to the working surface and inner cavity, which can improve corrosion resistance.

8、Washing

Cleaning the surface of the workpiece can make the electrophoretic paint film smooth and flat. And this step needs to be performed twice. In addition, we also need to recycle the electrophoretic paint on the surface of the workpiece for next use.

9、Pure Washing After Electrophoresis

10、Drain

Draining again after electrophoresis is to drain away the residual liquid on the surface of the work piece and the inner cavity.

11、Drying

The purpose of drying is to solidify the electrophoretic paint film. At this step, the electrophoretic process is generally completed.
