Production Technology of the Four Major Workshops for Sightseeing Cars

First, you should know which parts of sightseeing car we will stamp. There are roof cover, side skirts, doors, hood and floor.

Second, after the steel plate comes out of the steel factory, it is rolled. So we need to go through uncoiling, cleaning, cutting and other steps to make materials that can be directly used for stamping.

Third, we will sent the steel plate into the stamping machine, and then a robot will move it away after finishing the stamping. In addition, we will sort and arrange neatly the stamped parts of the sightseeing car according to the number.

At first, we must process the steel plates coming out of the stamping shop first. For example, we must complete some details by manual welding. And each part has a separate welding processing workshop.

Next, all the components processed in each separate workshop are transported to the main welding workshop for assembly, which we call the main welding line.

The final step is the repair welding and processing of other parts until we sent them to the paint shop.

Next, robot sprays mid-coat. The function of this step is to prevent ultraviolet rays and protect the electrophoresis layer.

Then, paint with color. It is the body color that we can directly see, such as orange, black, blue and etc.

Finally, we need apply another layer of varnish to the outermost surface of the body. It is transparent, which can protect the car body from scratches, improve color and resist corrosion.

First of all, there are many workstations in this workshop, which correspond to the assembly of different parts. For example, interior panels, ceilings and various parts are all handled by dedicated people.

What’s more, after completing the assembly, we must do various inspections and tests, such as integrity inspection, road test, rain test and etc of the sightseeing car. If any test fails, we must repair it.

In short, the final assembly process must ensure the integrity and safety of the overall sightseeing car body and produce a qualified and high-quality sightseeing car.
